For an uninterrupted holiday in our apartment, we have summarized the most important information for you. Please read it carefully!

Check in / Check out

The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

For an additional fee, it is possible to check in earlier or stay longer on the day of departure. In both cases, prior arrangement is required.

The accommodation may only be used by the number of guests agreed upon in advance, which the host may verify without prior notice.

At check-in, you are required to fill out the registration form legibly, and the host will verify the information based on the documents provided.

Our guests may receive visitors only with the host's knowledge and consent.

We are unable to accommodate pets in our apartment house.

Payment

After confirming the reservation, the full amount of the accommodation fee must be paid within 2 hours via bank transfer or online credit card payment through the Barion system.

Your reservation will be finalized only after the full accommodation fee has been paid.

If the payment is not received within the deadline, our booking system will automatically cancel the reservation, and the dates will become available again.

Cancellation/Modification

The reservation can be canceled free of charge in writing up to the 30th day before arrival.

In case of cancellation from the 30th day before arrival until the arrival date, there is no possibility of a refund of the paid accommodation fee.

The refund of the accommodation fee will be processed within 5 working days.

You have the opportunity to modify your reservation once free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date. From the 3rd day before the arrival date, modifications are not possible; any changes can only be made by making a new reservation, and the Service Provider is not obliged to refund the amount paid for the original reservation.

If, for any reason, you leave the accommodation before the end of the reserved period, you are still obligated to pay the accommodation fee for the booked nights.

The prices do not include the Tourist Tax (IFA), which is 650 HUF/person/night.

The IFA must be paid by bank transfer by the arrival date or in cash or by credit card on the day of arrival.

Payment methods: Through the Barion online platform.

Smoking

Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly PROHIBITED inside the building!

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas!

We kindly ask our smoking guests to maintain cleanliness by not discarding cigarette butts around the courtyard or the entire premises of the guesthouse but instead collecting them and disposing of them in the bins provided.

If any action is taken against the host due to non-compliance with the law, the offender will be liable for the associated costs. This action may result in legal complaints and further proceedings.

Room and Furnishing Use Guidelines

We kindly request the proper use of all furnishings! It is strictly forbidden to remove any room furniture or equipment, including towels, blankets, bedding, etc., from the premises.

Furniture may only be rearranged with the owner's consent.

Upon departure, the rooms will be inspected, and any costs arising from damages will be charged to the guest on the spot.

It is prohibited to bring or store flammable, explosive materials, or vehicles (such as bicycles, motorcycles, etc.) in the rooms.

When leaving the room, please ensure that the air conditioning and lights are turned off, and the water taps are closed.

If you notice any malfunction, please report it immediately to the host, as we cannot accept complaints afterward.

In case of loss of the provided keys or remote controls, guests must immediately report the loss and compensate the host for their replacement cost, including any necessary lock changes.

The host is not responsible for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use.

Meals

The apartments have well-equipped kitchens where simple meals can be prepared.

Please do not place any objects containing metal in the microwave. We kindly ask that you do not eat in the rooms; please use the kitchen or dining area for meals!

Cleaning

Rooms are handed over to guests clean and tidy; if there are any issues with cleanliness, please report them to the host immediately, as we cannot accept complaints afterward.

No cleaning will be performed during your stay unless requested. Any cleaning requests can be made to the host.

Waste Disposal and Management

Household waste can be collected in the bins provided in the kitchens of the apartments and in the bathrooms of the rooms.

Upon request, waste can be removed from the apartments during your stay, or it can be emptied into the waste containers in front of the accommodation.

Please do not leave waste in the hallways or behind doors.

Please do not dispose of any non-biodegradable sanitary waste (diapers, sanitary pads, wet wipes) or food waste down the drains. Any resulting costs for unclogging and maintenance will be charged to the guest.

Fire Lighting, Cooking Outdoors

It is strictly forbidden to light fires anywhere on the premises!

Services

Parking is free for guests.

Wi-Fi is free, and the password is displayed in the apartments.

Remote control devices needed for using the electric window blinds are provided in the apartments.

All apartments and rooms are equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning, the cost of which is included in the accommodation fee.

Pets are not allowed!

Free charging is available for electric vehicles after prior arrangement with the host.

Other

We can keep any valuables left in the room for up to 2 months. If reported within this period, we will mail them to the provided address.

To ensure the peace and quiet of both guests and neighbors, it is prohibited to make loud noises, play music, or listen to music in the apartments, on the terraces, or in the courtyard from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please note that the host cannot be held responsible or liable for damages resulting from events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, damages in the parking lot, etc.).

The host reserves the right not to accommodate guests who behave in a scandalous manner or do not comply with the house rules, and to remove them from the premises immediately.
